Monthly Dinner is SATURDAY July 29, a Celebration of the Experiments!

This month's big dinner is going to be truly outstanding! For the past six months, Chef Holly Schutte has built a pop-up restaurant here at the shop with her Orbis at Night experiments. She created 4 different menus throughout that time; "Coffee and Tea," ""Smoked and Poached," "Tossed and Toasted," and "Raw and Roasted."

The Monthly Dinner on Saturday July 29 is a kind of "best of" all those menus. Holly's picked her favorites, now you get to come and try them all! Dinner starts at 7pm and includes a complimentary cocktail, 5-6 courses, coffee and dessert. BYOB as always.

Join us for a night of great music with duo Simply Acoustic!

The music starts at 7pm on Saturday July 22nd. 

There is no cover charge, but because our seating is limited a reservation is required. Just come in or give us a call to save your spot! We'll be serving food from our tapas menu, and as always BYOB is encouraged!

Engaging New Tapas Menu Brings You Back Again and Again

Holly Schutte keeps outdoing herself. This latest run of the Orbis at Night Experiment, #4: Raw and Roasted, is the most thoughtful menu yet.

Practically every item comes with a pairing, so whatever ingredient you're after, be it beets or beef tenderloin, there's another dish on the menu to match it.

So come in and order two, maybe three or four small plates, along with either the Raw or Roasted Booard. I guarantee you the food will be delicious and interesting and served in a way in which you've never imagined! Then come back another night and try something else!
